The fee for shipping up to 3 items is $3.00, each additional item is 30 cents per item. You get FREE SHIPPING when you order 20 items or more. Returns
Our beaded watchbands come with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. We have worked hard with the manufacturers of our components to ensure the highest quality materials and we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have ANY problems with your watchband due to "normal" use, we will happily make it right for you. While it is rare, sometimes a breakage will occur. If you have a breakage, save the beads and e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We'll restring your item and return it to you without charge. Products other than beaded watchbands: We will happily accept returned merchandise that is defective or that was damaged in shipping. Please contact us within 15 days of your purchase to notify us of the problem. Returns for reasons other than defective or misshipped items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Watch batteries ALL our watches (beaded, cuffs, and ribbons) have batteries that can be replaced. Batteries are guaranteed for 6 months after purchase date. After that, you can take it to any watch/jewelry repair for a replacement battery, or you can mail your watch to us and have the battery replaced for $3.00. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number if your watch battery fails within 6 months of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Even though we use the highest quality beading watches available, many "fine" jewelry stores will refuse to work on these watches or to change their batteries. If a jeweler tells you your watch can't be fixed, always check back with us. In fact, it can be fixed. And if we can't fix it, we'll replace it. Re-sizing Beaded watchbands purchased online can be returned for re-sizing for a $5.00 fee plus shipping charges. To avoid these charges, please read the Watchband Sizing information on this site before you finalize your order. If you received your watchband as a gift, we will happily resize your watchband for no charge.
